Work from Home – U.S.

Base salary: CA $60,000 to CA $80,000 per year could be made; commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential; weekly performance bonuses; monthly residual income; unionized workplace; growth conferences; dental, life, medical, vision, retirement benefits.

• Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in coverage.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial protection goals and recommend suitable products.
• Communicate complex product information in a clear, straightforward and professional way.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
• Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service.

• A knack for building genuine connections with people.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• Organization in managing leads and client records.
