Full-time Bilingual Executive Sales Assistant - Remote
Compensation: $9,000 to $14,400 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Email & Communication Management
- Respond to retreat inquiries and coordinate next steps
- Maintain organized inbox and follow‑up cadence for pending proposals
- Ensure professional, timely communication with prospects
- CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain updated contact records in CRM
- Track key dates, client touchpoints, and support light reporting
- Research conferences and events for brand growth opportunities
- Sales Presentations & Proposal Design
- Create polished, executive‑level sales presentations in Microsoft Power Point
- Design promotional materials using Canva
- Develop structured proposals and quotes in Microsoft Word and convert to PDFs
- Maintain a template library for efficient proposal turnaround
- Lead Generation
- Use Linked In Sales Navigator to identify and qualify ideal prospects
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists and track outreach in CRM
- Support enterprise‑level retreat bookings through proactive prospecting
- Social Media Management & Lead Growth
- Manage Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content consistently
- Respond to messages and inquiries promptly
- Engage strategically with prospects to generate inbound leads
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to grow visibility
- Sales Support & Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
- Track follow‑ups and maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Shadow sales calls and capture notes/action items
- Monitor follow‑ups on retreat quotes
- Guest Onboarding & Retreat Experience Support
- Support onboarding of retreat guests and manage pre/post retreat surveys
- Export and organize survey data into spreadsheets
- Consolidate feedback for internal review before retreats
- Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to retreat completion
- Spanish‑speaking (preferably strong) and fluent in English
- Strong design skills – advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- Portfolio or sample works of presentations and promotional materials
- Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth
- Strong written English – persuasive, clear, professional
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Must‑Have:
Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Calendar, Gmail/Outlook - Nice‑to‑Have:
Dropbox, Linked In Sales Navigator, Typeform, Email Campaign Software (Wix, Mailchimp), AI tools (ChatGPT)
