At Adair Homes, our Online Sales Team helps prospective customers take the first step toward building their dream home. As a New Home Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring custom homebuilding. You’ll answer questions, provide guidance, and help connect customers with the right local sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience over the phone and online.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to website and phone inquiries from prospective customers
  • Educate customers on the Adair Homes process, floor plans, and branch locations
  • Help determine customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Home Ownership Counselor
  • Schedule appointments for local sales teams
  • Manage customer communication and lead activity in Hubspot CRM
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming customer experience
  • Work a rotating schedule that may include some weekends

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence communicating by phone, email, and text
  • Experience managing customer follow-up or working in a CRM system
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
  • Base hourly pay starting at $20.42/hour
  • Bi-weekly commission opportunities
  • Expected annual earnings of $75,000+
