What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging warm broker leads, self-gen accounts, and referrals to drive fundings.
• Acting as a trusted advisor—educating brokers on unique Non-QM offerings and helping structure loans to win.
• Managing the loan process from initial submission to close, with full backend support.
• Partnering with internal ops and sales leadership to scale your territory and income.

• You’re not new to Non-QM—you’ve been in the trenches (2+ years recent experience required).
• You’ve got a competitive edge, but know how to build long-term broker relationships.
