The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales initiatives, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining key accounts. You will build relationships with internal and external decision-makers while enhancing the quality of care through innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of proactive sales efforts and extensive customer engagement within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities in retirement and congregate living sectors
• Manage sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
• Provide on-site account management and support
• Conduct market analysis to refine sales strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of incontinence and medical supplies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
• Valid driver’s license for travel
