Position: Remote Sales Development Representative (Canada) (Kirkland)
Location: St. Louis

Position

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Full‑time. Remote within Canada. Compensation: base CAN $61,000 with up to CAN $15,000 commission for a total OTE of CAN $76,000. Candidates must have work authorization in Canada; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities
  • Build prospect lists from assigned territories (e.g., universities, animal shelters, environmental organizations) based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls (50+ per day) and email campaigns to educate about Free Will, generate interest, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Clearly articulate products and solutions to prospects, managing and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to align on target accounts and optimize the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Experience or willingness to learn sales databases and tools such as Outreach and Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the sales team.
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Passion for sales and strong desire to learn encouraged.
Hiring Process

  • Assignment (1 hour).
  • Presentation and Q&A (30 minutes).
  • Final interviews with 2 team members (2 separate 30‑minute interviews).
