Friday‑Tuesday 9am‑5:30pm local time (Work from home on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays; in office Monday and Tuesday)
Our Sales Development Program provides training in sales, product, marketing trends, coaching in consultative selling techniques, public speaking, and dedicated mentorship. It is designed for those launching a new career in sales or wanting to build upon existing skills.
Responsibilities- Independently manage your book of business while simultaneously bringing in new business
- Maintain and practice high outreach and follow‑up phone conversations
- Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
- Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish your goals
- Weekend schedule:
Friday‑Tuesday 9am‑5:30pm local time
- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills (must connect with diverse individuals via telephone)
- Strong sales instincts: recognize and capitalize on buying signals
- Driven, competitive mindset, intrinsically motivated to hit goals
- Demonstrates personal accountability, self‑awareness, and a student mentality
- Adept problem‑solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
- Flexibility to pivot quickly and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4‑year degree
- Commitment to professional growth: robust monthly calendar of trainings and workshops

- Compensation:
First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $65,000 (base salary starting at $50,000 and $15,000 bonus potential). Uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals; OTE increases to $72,000 after 12 months. Promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years, increasing OTE to $95,000.
