, we are expanding our reach into corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
We are looking for a Corporate Business & Marketing Development Executive who can help us open doors into new B2B channels.
This role is ideal for someone:
- Transitioning out of full-time work
- With existing corporate networks
- Who prefers flexible work, but still wants to create meaningful impact
You will work closely with the Founder to expand Delcie’s presence into industries that need inclusive, healthier food solutions
.
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities (corporates, hotels, cafés, schools, healthcare, events)
- Leverage existing networks and build new connections
- Initiate outreach via email, Linked In, calls, or meetings
- Present Delcie’s products and value proposition clearly
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Work towards converting leads into active clients or partnerships
- Explore collaborations aligned with Delcie’s mission
- Identify opportunities for long‑term partnerships, not just one‑off sales
- Represent the brand in meetings with clarity and confidence
- Identify new industries or segments where Delcie’s products can add value
- Provide insights on market needs, pricing expectations, and positioning
- Communicate our purpose clearly: “For those who can’t have it, we are here to show that they can.”
- Ensure all outreach reflects our values of care, inclusivity, and integrity
We are looking for someone who is:
- Self‑driven and disciplined — able to manage your own time and targets
- Well‑connected or confident in building networks
- Comfortable with outreach and conversations at a corporate level
- Aligned with purpose‑driven work
, not just transactional sales - Mature, reliable, and consistent in follow‑through
This role is not suitable if you:
- Need daily supervision
- Are uncomfortable with rejection or outreach
- Prefer purely operational or desk‑bound work
- Unable to use basic computing tools and AI tools
