Canada Remote Leasing Operations Specialist

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Drive leasing operations remotely for purpose-built rental assets across Canada as a Leasing Operations Specialist. This role focuses on lead management and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Leasing Manager, your responsibilities include managing inquiries, scheduling tours, and converting leads into signed leases. You’ll ensure a consistent and positive leasing experience while collaborating effectively with property teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries via multiple channels

• Conduct outbound follow-ups to keep prospects engaged

• Coordinate virtual or on-site tours with the leasing team

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates

• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in leasing or relevant sales experience

• Proven strong communication skills

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
