The Associate Regional Sales Manager – Reconstruction (ARSM) or Medical Device Sales Representative is a field-based role that will assist in driving the future of soft tissue matrices and developing new customer relationships. Focusing on customers in target markets, and with an understanding of market dynamics, the Associate Regional Sales Manager is to assist the Regional Sales Manager in maximizing revenue growth by collaboratively promoting the Allo Source Acellular Dermal Matrix product lines for soft tissue reconstructive surgery within an assigned regional territory.

The ARSM will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager, Independent Agents, Surgeons, OR staff, Materials Management, Procurement, and other stakeholders throughout various aspects of the product sales cycle.

Pay: $72,419/yr.

- $88,145/yr. based upon relevant experience

Summary Incentive Plan:

  • Monthly Incentive - 6% Commission rate on sales achieved within the Direct Territory up to the assigned monthly Sales Quota

10% Commission rate on all sales achieved within the Direct Territory over and above the assigned monthly Sales Quota.

2% Commission rate on all sales achieved within the Indirect Territory

  • Semi-annual Team Incentive - (Payout of $5,000 semi-annually).

Bonus payout if the Direct Sales Team achieves revenue at or above the overall team Direct Territory Sales Quota.

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Working from home in the greater Washington DC/Baltimore or Philadelphia area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Allo Source surgical products through physician office, hospital inpatient/outpatient, hospital surgery center and ambulatory surgery center sites of care throughout a defined territory for existing and prospective customers.
  • Present on, train to, and support Allo Source surgical products to key customer stakeholders, and Independent Agents.
  • Provide technical support to customers around surgical (& non-surgical) products & techniques.
  • Observe surgery routinely and report on key issues, trends, competitor efforts, or results of alternate methods.
  • Upsell/maximize account penetration for assigned territory.
  • Staff conventions, bio-skills & cadaveric programs in the area, regionally and nationally as scheduled. Routinely keep tabs and inform Regional Sales Manager of sales efforts, opportunities, competitive threats, and territory trends in order to monitor and advance business effectively.
  • May perform customer service activities for a defined area and operate as the primary customer point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within assigned territory.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. This includes management of consignment and trial-based inventories, assisting with quarterly cycle counts, and consignment inventory issue resolution.
  • Obtain and maintain applicable vendor credentialing required for hospital and operating room access.
  • Overnight travel requires up to 50 percent.
  • Driving is an essential function of this position.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • In lieu of a degree, 7 years’ related experience
  • 3-5 years of medical sales or marketing experience within a hospital, surgery center, or physician office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate in English proficiently (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
