Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic New Business Sales team. This entry-level remote role is pivotal for aspiring sales professionals, serving as the primary contact for potential clients and supporting sales opportunities.
The SDR will drive lead generation via active outreach, achieve quotas, and learn consultative selling strategies. We're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a penchant for sales. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Salary starts at $45,000 plus uncapped incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.
