- Represent Tru Blue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally – the face of our premium quality brand in our community
- Build relationships throughout the community
- Educate and promote brand awareness
- Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting Tru Blue’s services’ value proposition, whether in a client’s home during an estimate or at a local business organization
- Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
- Meet target sales goals
- Strong background in sales

- High EQ with a passion for public speaking and customer service
