Position: Regional Income Development Executive - West Division

Regional Income Development Executive – West Division

Zurich Direct Markets is looking for a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in the West Division (California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada). The role supports growth and profitability in an assigned region through finance and insurance products to automotive dealers.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new finance & insurance business opportunities in the large franchised automotive dealers space.
  • Support performance and key initiatives that drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via e‑mail, intranet, and newsletter to maintain good relationships.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts as needed.
  • Understand and respond to changing technology and IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy‑in to maintain relationships.
  • Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no‑cap incentive plan.
  • Receive excellent benefits and company car subject to a driving record check.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in sales.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in sales.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
  • Dealership training experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership.
  • Basic knowledge of all finance & insurance products.
  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims.
  • Ability to multi‑task.

The position includes a variable component based on performance under the applicable sales incentive plan. Annual variable compensation range is $145,000 to $170,000, depending on location.
