As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers, and host personal shopping appointments. You'll positively impact our customers' experiences and contribute to our team's success.

• Connect with Customers:
  Engage with customers through chat, SMS text, and phone calls, live or scheduled. Offer expert product advice, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
• Present merchandise and services:
  Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item's features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options.
• Support Sales Growth:
  Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce.
• Build Relationships:
  Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, maintain long‑lasting relationships, and build a personal sales clientele.
