Teflon is looking for a Strategic Account Manager in Springfield, IL, to drive sales of Opteon and Freon branded refrigerants. This remote role requires building relationships with HVACR OEM customers and executing strategic account plans.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, over 5 years of experience in sales/account management, and proficiency in CRM systems. Strong communication skills are essential. The position offers a competitive pay range of $141,120 to $220,500 and a comprehensive benefits package.
