Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Design Consultant who wants more than a paycheck—they want a career without a ceiling. We provide the brand, the training, and a steady stream of warm leads; you provide the talent, the drive, and the networking grit to dominate the NJ market.

This is a performance-based commission role designed for high-achievers. We believe in our process so much that we invest in you from Day 1.

• The Safety Net (The Draw):
  Guaranteed draw for the first 3 months while you build your sales pipeline.
• Uncapped Earning Potential:
  Commissions ranging from 5%–12% plus performance bonuses; top consultants earn into the six figures.
• Warm Leads + Hunter Mentality: 50%+ of appointments from national marketing; higher reward for leads you generate.
• Flexibility:
  Manage your calendar. Work from home, field, or client sites—no "office hours."

• Direct Sales & Design:
  Conduct professional in-home consultations using proprietary tools.
• Business Development:
  Actively hunt new opportunities through cold outreach, local networking, and referral partnerships.
• Full-Cycle Management:
  Own the relationship from lead to contract and deposit.
• Market Growth:
  Represent Kitchen Tune-Up at regional home shows and community events.

• The Entrepreneur:
  Prefer commission-only because you can out-earn a standard salary.

  Not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, or follow up relentlessly.

  Understand home trends and help clients see ROI in a kitchen update.
• The Professional:
  Organized, tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus), and have reliable transportation to cover your New Jersey territory.

• Commission Only:
  High-percentage payouts on every sale.
• Initial Draw:
  Guaranteed monthly income during the ramp-up phase.
• Average Earnings:
  Expect $100,000–150,000 in Year 1, with unlimited potential in Year 2+.
