We help businesses simplify facility maintenance by coordinating more than 20 facility services through a single point of contact. As we continue to grow in the Houston market, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive who is eager to develop their sales career and contribute to our continued success.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self‑motivated professional looking to build a career in business‑to‑business sales. The Junior Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of our Houston territory. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, persistence, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within a high‑performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and in‑person visits.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Baton Rouge market.
  • Schedule appointments and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to support the sales process and close new business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed activity, appointment‑setting, and sales performance goals.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive mindset.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting prospecting activities.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
