- Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales performance
- Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate value propositions and technical advantages
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience in LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
- Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives
