D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Online Sales Concierge
. The right candidate will specialize in converting internet leads to onsite traffic and sales.
- Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers, whether online, via live chat, or by phone
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Enter and update information in a customer management database
- Apply qualification skills to identify genuine leads with potential to become sales opportunities
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
- Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, product plans, and amenities
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance company goodwill and profit
- Ability to work overtime
- Minimal travel may be required for training purposes
Education and/or
Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or one to three years of related experience and/or training
- Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational and follow‑through skills
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
