Sales Manager

Salary: Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 ($110,000 – $160,000+ OTE)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to manage an established book of business while driving new revenue across the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas construction market. This role is ideal for a self‑driven construction sales professional who thrives in the field, building relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers. Our client believes successful sales happen in the field, meeting customers and uncovering opportunities — not sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

• Manage and grow an established book of business
• Identify and secure new ready‑mix concrete opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and builders
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin targets
• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing program
• Maintain an active pipeline of projects and customers
• Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, and quality control
• Assist with pricing, quoting, and mix design coordination when needed
• Analyze sales data and report performance to management
• Lead biweekly sales meetings with company leadership
• Maintain strong visibility within the local construction community

This is primarily a field‑based role. The Sales Manager will have an office at the plant in the Greater Tampa Bay area, but the majority of time should be spent visiting job sites, meeting contractors and developers, attending industry events, and being involved in the local builder community. Identifying project opportunities and growing the company’s market presence are key. This is not a fully remote position, though occasional work from home may occur when necessary.

• Existing relationships within the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas construction market
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience selling into project‑based construction environments

Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience) Total Earning Potential: $110,000 – $160,000+ Performance Bonus
