Head of Key Account Management

Your Mission

As Key Account Manager Switzerland, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating TCL’s growth across the Swiss Consumer Electronics market.

You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key retailers and distributors, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, and expanding TCL’s market share across our TV, Audio, Home Appliance and Small Domestic Appliance categories.

This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with strong local market knowledge, an established retail network, and a proven ability to generate sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned key accounts in Switzerland.
  • Manage and grow existing business relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with key buyers, category managers and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms, pricing, rebates and promotional plans.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets, market share growth and profitability objectives.
  • Prepare and manage customer forecasts, budgeting and business planning activities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to implement effective trade marketing and in-store activation programs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments and consumer behavior.
  • Analyze sales data and market performance to identify opportunities and optimize business results.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Ensure flawless execution of sales and promotional initiatives across all assigned accounts.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of successful Key Account Management experience within Consumer Electronics or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss retail landscape and consumer electronics market.
  • Proven experience managing national retail accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Existing network and established relationships with major Swiss retailers, distributors and buying groups.
  • Experience working with key accounts such as Media Markt Schweiz, Interdiscount, Digitec Galaxus, Fust, BRACK, Electronic Partner or comparable retail partners is highly preferred.
  • Experience with in the TV or Home Entertainment industry is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a home-office environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Language Requirements
  • Fluent German and English are required.
  • French is highly desirable.
  • Additional Swiss national languages are considered an advantage.
