Schedule:

Monday‑Friday – In Office (3 of these days) 1 pm‑9 pm. Saturday 9 a‑5, Sunday 10:45 a‑5.

Full Time & Benefits – Competitive hourly rate of $17–$18 per hour plus uncapped bonuses. Uncapped earning potential, overtime opportunities, and the possibility to work from home.

As an Inside Sales Representative at Universal Windows Direct, you will help customers achieve their home improvement goals. • Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
• Offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs.
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
• Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
• Leverage existing B2C, B2B, and customer service experience.
• Have 1–2 years of inbound/outbound calling experience.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and multitask effectively.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and strong listening and conversational skills.
• Set and achieve goals consistently.
