Buildofarm is looking for a full-time, remote Success Coach based in the United States. In this role, you will guide and motivate our clients—new and aspiring commodity brokers—through their journey with our programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching or client success roles, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. The role includes onboarding clients, facilitating coaching sessions, and providing personalized support. The position offers an OTE of $50,000 - $60,000 per year plus performance bonuses.
