Overview

Job Title: Account Executive

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Director of Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Transparency: $60,000 - $75,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission (on-target-earnings $120,000 - $150,000)

Location: Seattle, WA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tue, Wed, Thu in-office)

Responsibilities
  • Develop New Business
    :
    Proactively generate new clients and build long‑lasting relationships with local and regional decision‑makers.
  • Create Winning Campaigns
    :
    Design custom, multi‑channel advertising campaigns using digital, audio, events, and e‑commerce to help clients succeed.
  • Exceed Sales Goals
    :
    Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Earn Big
    :
    Earn more as sales increase.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of digital media sales experience with a track record of winning new business and meeting sales targets (radio sales experience a plus).
  • A hunter mentality: thrive in generating new business and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.
  • Goal‑oriented creative mindset that finds innovative solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms.
  • Ability to be in‑person in the Seattle office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
  • A valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record check. If the position requires use of the applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
