Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community settings.
- Work in multiple indications and tumor types to develop expertise.
- Partner with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and identify opportunities to improve care delivery.
- Support adoption and optimal use of innovative oncology therapies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (medical, market access, etc.) to deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to territory planning and execution of business strategies.
- Continuously develop knowledge of oncology, healthcare systems, and emerging treatments.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Learning agility and interest in developing oncology expertise.
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond.
- Language requirement:
English.
- Experience in hospital or specialty sales.
- Exposure to oncology or complex therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with the Alberta healthcare system.
- Strong data acumen to analyze clinical and business data.
- Business and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exposure to cutting‑edge oncology therapies and precision medicine.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $98,560 – $147,840 CAD.
