Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic junior to mid-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will work remotely but must be located in NY/NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments for our President/CEO with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our staffing services, engaging with prospects, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads for staffing services
- Set appointments with prospects for the President/CEO
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments
- Utilize Apollo or similar systems to manage and track outreach efforts
- Participate in occasional face-to-face meetings as required
Requirements:
- Must be based in NY/NJ
- Familiarity with Apollo or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
