About the roleChannel Development Representative (CDR) – a member of our growing sales team responsible for building and scaling our partner ecosystem by recruiting new channel partners and driving pipeline through a partner‑originated sales model.

Responsibilities- Recruit new channel partners through outbound outreach, qualifying and booking introductory meetings.
- Support partner onboarding, training and ongoing enablement.
- Maintain the partner portal, ensuring resources and tools are current and accessible.
- Keep CRM data accurate, including partner activity, deal registrations and pipeline.
- Assist with partner programs and incentives to drive engagement and performance.
- Track and report on partner activity, pipeline and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and distribution partners to support go‑to‑market efforts.
- Help plan and execute partner events, webinars and campaigns.
- Confident in outbound outreach – cold calling, handling objections and booking meetings.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity with eagerness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with channel partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors) or willingness to dive in.
- Organized and detail‑oriented with analytical or CRM and data management skills.
- Proactive self‑starter with strong communication skills and drive to grow in sales.
Competitive compensation with a potential On‑Target Earnings of $86,000. Pay range: $60,000 – $86,000 USD per year.
About the WorkplaceHybrid model: in‑office Monday/Wednesday/Thursday with work‑from‑home Tuesdays and Fridays; remote positions may require periodic travel to Boulder for company events and side‑by‑side collaboration. Offices located in downtown Boulder, Colorado with parking available. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and responsible PTO.
