Position: Remote Business Developer – Odoo (Canada)

Business Developer (Calgary)

Captivea is a recognized Odoo integration expert operating internationally. As we continue expanding in Canada, we are opening a Business Developer role in Calgary to grow our local presence and drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow your local network – Develop and engage a strong professional network (events, meetups, business clubs, trade shows, etc.). Identify key prospects and build trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers. Increase Captivea's visibility within the local business ecosystem.
  • Generate and close new business opportunities – Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities; understand client needs and position tailored Odoo solutions; deliver high‑impact product demonstrations; own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive long‑term client relationships and growth – Build strong, long‑term client partnerships; act as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey; contribute directly to Captivea's growth in the Canadian market.
Profile
  • 34 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in IT, ERP, or digital solutions (Odoo is a strong plus).
  • Strong hunter mindset with a results‑driven approach.
  • Ability to build and grow a network from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English;
    French is a plus.
