Freight Agent - Full Remote
Capacity Express is looking for a freight agent. Our company is expanding nationwide and we're looking for experienced freight agents ready to take full control of their book of business — with the backing of a strong, growing logistics platform. This is not your typical brokerage role. We offer true independence + real operational support so you can focus on what matters: moving freight and making money.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own customer base
- Secure freight & negotiate rates
- Cover loads with qualified carriers
- Manage margins and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain strong, professional relationships
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in freight brokerage / logistics sales
- Existing book of business (preferred)
- Strong shipper relationships
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
