About the JobOutbound Appointment Setter (Remote, US-Based)
Compensation: 35,000 PHP/month + commission

Gentask is seeking experienced outbound appointment setters to support two of our client's businesses: an e-commerce company targeting women entrepreneurs and a life insurance company. We seek highly motivated individuals who can engage prospects, book appointments, and contribute to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
- Engage prospects professionally, answer questions, and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams with high accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools such as Close or Open Phone.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to refine outreach strategies.
- Must be available during standard US working hours.
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
- Experience using CRM and dialer tools (Close, Open Phone preferred).
- Ability to adapt to different industries (e-commerce & life insurance).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Female candidates preferred for the e-commerce client (targeting women entrepreneurs).
- Background in e-commerce or insurance sales is a plus.
