Inside Sales / Junior Account Manager
Medialine Communications GmbH is a well-established IT and communications company based in Berlin. We provide powerful solutions in IT services, communication, and managed services.
We are looking for an Inside Sales / Junior Account Manager to support our sales and account management team. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with account managers, take responsibility for smaller customer projects, and continuously develop your commercial and technical skills.
Conditions- Full-time position with 30–40 hours per week
- Location Berlin with home office option and regular presence in the office
- Support account managers in the development and customization of customer offers
- Independently handle dedicated customer inquiries (B2B) in the UC and IT area from initial contact to completion
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure a correct pipeline and customer database
- Point of contact for existing customers for everyday inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales) to fulfill customer requirements
- Build a thorough understanding of the company's technical product and solution portfolio
- Identify upselling opportunities and communicate growth potentials within existing accounts
- First experience in a sales, customer-oriented, or account management role in the UC and IT environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient use of CRM tools
- Interest in IT solutions / technology and willingness to build technical knowledge
- Ability to inspire, convince, and communicate technical topics clearly
- Clear, open communication with customers, suppliers, and internal contacts
- Self-motivation and the ability to take responsibility independently
- Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking – for communication with international partners and suppliers, as well as for working with English-language tools and documentation
