As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring goals align with the company's objectives. Collaborating with Field Sales Representatives, you’ll track revenue goals and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will directly influence the growth and success of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and track the annual customer business plan
• Collaborate on the annual budget with the Sales Director
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure growth targets
• Lead development of customer promotion plans
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer operations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years managing key accounts
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in organic/natural CPG industry is a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
