Job Description

Evergreen Insurance Solutions LLC is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, competitive, and self-driven Outbound Sales Producer to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by advising them on personal insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products. You will work directly with warm leads and outbound opportunities generated by the agency while building long-term client relationships through trust, education, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, referrals, and agency-provided opportunities
  • Educate prospects on insurance coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
  • Follow the Evergreen Insurance Solutions sales process consistently
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline within the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure applications and underwriting information are accurate and complete
  • Collect required documentation and obtain electronic signatures
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Insurance experience is a plus
