This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role based in West Des Moines, IA, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This role will maintain and grow assigned accounts, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate filing, storage, and organization solutions.
The individual will collaborate with customer service, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely follow-up, and a consistent customer experience. Daily responsibilities also include updating CRM records, tracking sales performance, preparing quotes, and supporting promotional or growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing inbound/outbound calls and virtual sales interactions.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential customers.
- Account Management experience managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present product solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, office furniture, storage solutions, or related industries is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
