Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview

We are Satori Mortgage, a 20‑year‑old mortgage lender delivering a wide range of loan products. This remote position places you at the forefront of our lead generation and loan origination effort.

• Source own leads and build relationships through phone, in‑person, or online outreach.
• Make a minimum of 15 high‑quality calls per day; increase to 30–100 as needed.
• Visit open houses (5–50 per weekend) to identify potential borrowers.
• Contact leads outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Use our support team, training, and coaching to close loans.

• Highly charismatic, outgoing, and capable of building relationships quickly.
• Strong network and ability to generate and nurture leads.
• Coachable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.

• Remote position with flexible schedule.
• Unlimited earning potential – no commission cap.
• Regular training and coaching from experienced loan officers.
• Support team available 7 days a week.
