Join Up Closets of Collin County as a Design & Sales Consultant—where creativity meets income potential. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, design custom storage solutions, and guide them through a seamless experience from concept to completion.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is motivated by results.

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified leads
• Design custom closets, garages, and storage solutions
• Present proposals using 3D design software
• Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to close
• Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
• Partner with installation teams to ensure project success
• Meet or exceed sales goals

• You’re confident, consultative, and able to guide clients to decisions
• You’re both creative and results-driven
• You’re self‑motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule

• Experience in sales and/or design (home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate client needs into functional designs
• Comfortable learning or using design software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
