Field Account Representative; Multi-Family- Bountiful​/Ogden, UT

Job Summary

As a Field Account Representative (Multi‑Family), you will sell MRO supplies and related products to a portfolio of multi‑family housing customers to maintain and drive sales. The role is remote and offers a competitive base salary plus sales incentive bonus; laptop/tablet, cell phone, and monthly expenses are included.

• Reside in Northern Utah or surrounding areas with reliable transportation
• Experience in B2B field sales and large volume product lines
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with consultative/solution selling preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Bilingual a plus

Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities with current customers in core and emerging industries and markets to meet yearly sales goals.

• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization
• Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers
• Implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area
• Share market insights and competitor information with relevant channels throughout the organization
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs, providing input for effective sales strategies
• Attend monthly business meetings for all company‑sponsored associations, engage in local trade shows, and represent the organization in regional or national activities as necessary

Office setting with periodic exposure to dust, fumes, or odors. Work involves sitting, standing, walking, and lifting moderate weight (8‑20 pounds). Occasional overnight travel (≤10% of the time).

• BS/BA in a related discipline and 2‑5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and 2‑4 years of experience
• Certification required in some areas
• Must operate a personal vehicle more than 20% of the work week; an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
