E-commerce Associate Account Manager
The Ecommerce Associate Account Manager supports the growth and day-to-day management of online retail accounts across key ecommerce platforms. This role works closely with senior account managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product listings are optimized, campaigns are executed effectively, and client relationships are maintained.
Location:
YAT USA office - Huntersville, NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing ecommerce accounts across platforms (e.g., The Home Depot, Lowe's, Tractor Supply and Best Buy)
- Maintain and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
- Monitor account performance, sales trends, and key KPIs; prepare regular reports
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and merchandising strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for growth, including new product launches or optimization tactics
- Help troubleshoot account issues such as listing errors, inventory discrepancies, or compliance flags
- Maintain strong communication with clients or internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or account management preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with SEO for product listings
- Basic understanding of digital advertising (PPC, sponsored ads)
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools

Work Environment:
This position requires an employee to work in but not limited to corporate office, home office, job sites, retailers, and distributor locations. Not all these environments are not controlled by YAT. The position is a Hybrid role with 1 day of remote/home office work allowed after your first 60 days.
