Full Time

Outside sales, hybrid. Activities include home office, local schools, community events, client meetings.

East Central Arkansas – Candidates must reside within the region.

Hours vary with customer needs; evening and weekend work may be required.

Primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory; some out‑of‑area/overnight travel may be needed.

• Plan and prospect for territory sales
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and their athletes
• Meet & exceed assigned territory sales goals
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Build fashion and product knowledge to strengthen expertise
• Maintain personal drive for professional growth
• Build rapport and lasting customer relationships
• Travel to appointments within the territory
• Excel in a work‑from‑home environment
• Recruit for summer camp brands

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
• Grasp new technology and Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of the cheer and dance industry
• Willingness to learn in‑depth product construction, technicalities and pricing
• Store a distraction‑free in‑home office
• Reliable travel for regular face‑to‑face touch points
• Organization and follow‑through
• Professional effectiveness and credibility
• Generate leads, forecast sales cycle, anticipate problems and create solutions; aspire to meet/exceed sales goals
• In‑depth learning & career advancement

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education, or related field preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative support role.

Prolonged sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, walking and driving; must lift 15‑30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
