Job Title

This is a remote position. We are actively seeking a dedicated & enthusiastic person to join our team. This is a PT position with the potential to develop into a FT, Sales Lead Team Leader. High Commission & Bonus Structure. The position is remote, however the candidate MUST live within a 50 mile radius of our Tampa office for meetings.

The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible of the lead generation and nurture daily sales, lead campaigns utilizing a newly developed integrated strategy within our company. A competitive – assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively independently in a high-pressure & high risk sales environment is a MUST. This position plays a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices & procedures to make the lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.

Additionally, the person will play a key role in contacting our book of business and establishing relationships with C-Level Professionals (CEO's, GM, VP's CE, Engineers, Architects & HR Corporate) to introduce our services, log entries, information into our Sales software & set-up appointments for outside Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in "Selling via Multiple Channels" successfully
  • Must be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment and follow up as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects, commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
  • Must have a strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint are Required.
  • Must have experience with software solutions utilizing ROI and other value added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with long sales process.
