Regional Partner Manager
As a Regional Partner Manager, your goal is simple: recruit, animate, and lead a network of strategic partners (CRM/ERP software integrators, agencies, consulting firms) who will identify leads in their client base that will be declared and passed to the direct sales team in France.
Your key responsibilities:
- Partnership:
Recruit, manage, and invigorate a network of partners in connection with our technology alliances (System Integrators, Publishers, Agencies, Consulting Firms), prioritizing the referral partner model (Referral partner) in France, - Objectives:
Achieve sales targets by identifying and following up on opportunities generated by Lead Gen partners and managed by the direct sales team in France - Collaboration with Alliance Management:
Deploy national Go-To-Market plans of the Alliances. Coordinate the initiatives of Alliance Managers with the local ecosystem. - Synergy:
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and their Account Executive teams to align partner actions with national sales objectives - Event:
Participate in partner fairs and events, in coordination with Marketing for logistics and with direct sales for lead follow-up. - Rigor:
Ensure precise management of tools (CRM, PRM) for reliable visibility (opportunities, activities, pipeline).
- You have a builder's spirit and you like structuring long-term relationships.
- You are a born networker: you are comfortable navigating the CX and CRM ecosystem.
- You are a facilitator: you know how to align partners' interests and marketing events with the needs of our Sales teams to close deals.
- You are dynamic: you have the energy needed to move things forward and exceed your objectives.
- You are organized and structured in your project management and reporting.
- You do not have a culture of results and hunting (recruitment & partner animation).
- You do not like the event: networking and organizing partner events are at the heart of your success.
- The CX/CRM ecosystem (Hub Spot, Odoo, Zoho, Zendesk...) is totally foreign to you.
- You prefer to work alone: here, internal visibility (Marketing/Sales) is key.
- You are not comfortable in English (essential for exchanges with your colleagues).
- Experience:
Up to 5 years of experience in Partner Management, ideally in the SaaS / Customer Experience universe. - Network:
You already have a foot in the ecosystem of technology partners in France. - Languages:
Fluent French and excellent level of English (written/oral). - Tools:
You master Salesforce to manage your activity. - Soft Skills:
Autonomous, proactive, ultra-salesperson, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
