Assoc CS Communications Partner

Responsibilities

• Create content, write and edit SOPs, and enhance messaging to engage internal customers.
• Be a prime contributor to CS&E teams, knowledgeable when handling customer calls, emails, and chats to support one-call resolution and reduce customer effort.
• Evaluate potential customer or representative impacts when developing new programs or modifying existing procedures to support all QVC Group CS&E divisions and departments.
• Complete assigned projects and tasks that support CS&E programs, promotions, and procedures.

• Strong writing and editorial judgment; consistently translate complex business strategies into clear, concise, audience‑appropriate messaging using the Smart Brevity framework.
• Fluency with modern communications channels and tools, including intranets, video content, and knowledge‑base platforms.
• Comfortable using AI as an aid in writing, editing, and completing communications.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years’ experience with professional communications, marketing, or knowledge‑base management.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, or Pennsylvania. The role may require occasional travel to a West Chester, PA location.
