We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This remote position covers one of four US regions (East, Central, South, or West) and will play a pivotal role in expanding Konversational’s footprint across the Service Now ecosystem. To be clear, we are looking for people that can execute a sales motion, not sales leaders. Familiarity with MEDDICC / MEDDPICC / BANT is a plus as an operating framework.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new business and expanding existing relationships. You’ll partner closely with Service Now sales teams to co-sell, position our differentiated value, and bring the Konversational story to life.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market plan that aligns with Konversational’s strategic goals.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at both customer and Service Now sales levels.
- Articulate and sell the Service Now platform story, while also being able to dive deeper into specific workflow areas, specifically CRM.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, delivery leaders, and marketing to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast.
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales. Experience with in the Service Now ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to sell both platform value and specific workflow solutions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and executive presence.
- Experience working closely with Service Now’s direct sales organization— ideally with existing relationships.
- A track record of building and owning a regional territory, including pipeline development and account planning.
- Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Are already a known player in the Service Now ecosystem.
- Have established relationships with Service Now regional sales leaders or alliance managers.
- Have previously built a region from the ground up, developing reputation and traction through strategic engagement.
We’re planning ahead — hiring for these Account Executive roles will occur during Q1 and Q2 of 2026.
The interview process begins immediately, giving both candidates and Konversational the opportunity to connect, plan, and prepare during Q4 2025.
