About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Connect with clients via virtual appointments
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present and explain supplemental benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment
• Maintain organized records of client interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and sales development

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
• Experience working with performance metrics or quotas
