What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and ensure alignment with customer requirements
  • Drive sales pipeline development and actively qualify new opportunities
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations that articulate the company's value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
