OpportunityOverview
We’re looking for a well‑connected, relationship‑driven professional—often coaches, teachers, athletic directors, or community leaders—who enjoys opening doors and creating momentum. The role focuses on prospecting, relationship‑building, and securing commitments to deals. Once a partnership is locked in, you’ll hand off the account to an Account Manager for execution, allowing you to stay focused on generating new opportunities.
Scope of Work- Leverage your existing network to identify and engage potential partners (schools, teams, programs, and community groups).
- Conduct in‑person meetings and demos.
- Prospect, generate new business, and close new partnerships, then transition them smoothly to an Account Manager.
- Self‑starter attitude.
- Commitment to achieving sales goals as an independent sales expert.
- Comfort in a commission‑based, performance‑driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
- A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Consistency, follow‑through, and self‑direction without the need for close oversight.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior outside sales experience strongly preferred.
- Responsible for your own business operations to secure sales, considering any costs in that process.
- Uncapped commission: earnings are performance‑based with no ceiling.
- Flexible, remote contract work with meaningful earning potential.
- A short initial commitment (one quarter) with an opportunity to extend after feedback and review.
- Clear role focus—no backend admin or long‑term account management.
- A supportive, collaborative team that values relationships and impact over ego.
This is an independent contractor position and does not include a base salary, employer‑sponsored benefits, or paid leave. You control the manner, means, and schedule of your activities.
