Compensation: Base salary $80K-$100K plus performance‑based bonuses and commissions.

Company: A mid‑sized specialized transportation company providing flatbed, heavy haul, and complex freight solutions nationwide with a dispatch & operations team based in Syracuse, NY.

• Manage and grow an existing book of shipper business
• Prospect and develop new shipper accounts
• Sell specialized transportation solutions
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements
• Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution
• Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth

• 35+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
• Must bring an active, transferable book of business
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and closing skills
• Self‑starter comfortable working fully remote
• Experience with CRM and standard sales tools

Critical Experience Requirement: 35 years specifically in specialized freight, including:

• Open Deck
• Step Deck
• Double Drop
• Over Dimensional (OD)
• Must bring an established portable book of business (active shipper accounts you can transfer and service).
