We are looking for a high-energy, driven Junior Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing AI consulting and transformation firm. This team helps global organizations turn AI ambition into operational reality through governance, implementation, and workforce enablement. As an early member of the sales team, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for initiating conversations with high-level executives and securing the meetings that fuel our pipeline.
This is a remote role for a self-starter who is eager to master the art of sales in the most exciting industry on the planet:
Artificial Intelligence.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including a minimum of 60 cold calls per day (with a target of 80+).
- Book a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month with executive-level prospects (post-ramp period).
- Prospect and qualify leads across the UK and global markets, ensuring 100% CTPS screening compliance for UK outreach.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and update all records accurately within Hub Spot.
- Submit detailed weekly activity and performance reports on time.
- Engage with CxO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to articulate the value of AI transformation.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of professional cold calling experience. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to hold confident professional conversations. - Mindset:
Inquisitive, fast learner, and genuinely interested in AI technology. - Sales Grit:
Proven ability to handle rejection, remain self-motivated as a remote worker, and maintain high activity levels. - Values:
Operates with high levels of honesty, trust, and integrity. - Schedule:
Strict adherence to a 9-5 schedule within the GMT timezone.
- Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM.
- Previous experience in tech sales or consulting environments.
- Strong skills in objection handling and cold email campaigning.
- Experience in data entry and lead list management.
