Overview
Digital Media Solutions (DMS) is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Insurance Division (DMSI). In this role, you will identify and enroll new customers through outbound, phone-based sales against a defined prospect list to support growth of our Insurance Division.
CompensationThe starting hourly rate ranges from $20 to $30 per hour
, based on experience. In addition to base pay, team members are eligible for uncapped, performance-based commissions tied to individual production and sales results. A $1,000 training completion bonus is awarded upon successful completion of our training program.

- Research new prospects, identify key decision-makers within insurance agencies, and generate interest in DMS’s insurance lead products.
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up to inbound leads.
- Identify qualified opportunities to develop and close, to be supported by the customer success team after the sale.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas on a consistent basis.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, overcome objections, and assess opportunities for alignment with DMS’s insurance platforms.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline that aligns with DMSI's revenue growth.
- Stay informed on current insurance industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Minimum of 4 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Significant outbound cold calling experience is a MUST
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Experience using pipeline management systems and integrated dialer platforms (Salesforce or similar CRMs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience in the Insurance Industry or Insurance Online Lead Generation.
