Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Acting as a critical link between customers and internal teams, the Regional Sales Manager ensures client expectations are met while supporting overall sales performance and company objectives.

Responsibilities

and Duties
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Update sales forecast management sheet on a timely manner and make 3-month sales forecast
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Cultivating and developing new Sales and Service Dealers
  • Preparing required weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Participate in decisions for expansion and territory improvement.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Create and set effective goals, develop business strategies and possess the knowledge and drive to achieve all company and individual goals.
  • Assist the Accounting Team in the collection of past due accounts receivables for assigned end users and dealers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory (Bachelor's Degree is a plus)
  • 10+ years of sales experience (food industry sales experience is a plus)
  • Familiar with new media operation - Zoom, Teams
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management & territory management skills

This is a home-based, full-time position, Mondays to Fridays 8 am to 5 pm and we offer full-time benefits, including
